Once your order is shipped, it must remain sealed until it reaches you.

• All orders are sealed before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The shipping company is not allowed to open your package at any time during delivery.
• Customers must accept the sealed package as it is upon delivery.
• If there are sizing issues or any defects, customers can easily return or exchange the item after receiving the package at no additional cost.

New orders typically take 2-7 working days to arrive, excluding Fridays. Please note that sudden vacations are not counted as working days, and we will begin processing orders after the vacations end.

You need to return any unwanted KIDDO products within 7 days of receiving your order. To get a full refund for eligible returns, make sure the items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you got them, including the tags. We won't be able to refund damaged, worn, or unsuitable items. All returns are checked before processing. ITEMS ON SALE CANT BE RETURNED, only EXCHANGE. Please use the form: Exchange/Return Form.
