How long does it take for new orders to arrive?

New orders typically take 2-7 working days to arrive, excluding Fridays. Please note that sudden vacations are not counted as working days, and we will begin processing orders after the vacations end.

 

RETURN POLICY

You need to return any unwanted KIDDO products within 7 days of receiving your order. To get a full refund for eligible returns, make sure the items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you got them, including the tags. We won't be able to refund damaged, worn, or unsuitable items. All returns are checked before processing. ITEMS ON SALE CANT BE RETURNED, only EXCHANGE.

Please include an exchange/return instruction message inside the package with below mentioned details:

  • ORDER NUMBER  ex.(1234)
  • IS IT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
  • ITEM YOU WANT IN EXCHANGE
  • TAG ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE DAYS

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days after return has been received
 

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?

Your money will be refunded promptly once the item reaches our warehouse, typically within 5-10 days.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Received your latest Kiddo 'fits but something's not quite right? No problem! 

You have the option to exchange items for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order, all as part of the returns process. You can also choose to exchange for the same item or swap it out for another item altogether. 

 

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We're sorry if you've received a faulty item! There's no need to return the item to us at this stage.

Is it okay to open the package and try on the size while the courier is still here?

Unfortunately, our shipping company doesn't permit opening packages on delivery. However, you can exchange or return items at no extra cost if needed.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived or is delayed?

Answer: If your order hasn’t arrived within 9 days of the expected delivery date, please check the following:

  1. Verify Your Address: Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  2. Check Your Phone Number: Make sure we have your valid and available phone number for delivery updates.

If everything is correct and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at support@kiddocollection.com with your order number. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
